Xiamen Hualian Semiconductor has launched multiple automotive grade optocouplers which include two mainstream categories: optical MOS solid-state Relays and transistor optocouplers. They have finished AEC-Q101 standard testing and certification, meeting the automotive grade harsh usage environment.
