Overview

Xiamen Hualian Semiconductor has launched multiple automotive grade optocouplers, including two mainstream categories - Photo MOS solid-state relays and transistor optocouplers, all of which have passed AEC-Q101 certification, meeting the harsh usage environment of automotive grade. These products are pin to pin alternatives to top brands from EU,US and Japan, covering working temperature of 125 ℃ with long lifespan over 15 years (@ attenuation ≤ 10%) and reaching the expected design failure rate of ppb level, providing high reliability and safety protection for new energy vehicles.

 Among them, the optical MOS relay HSSR-61A0D-2 (alternative for AQV258) , packaged in DIP5/SMD5, has an over 1500V output insulation voltage and strong robustness, which is suitable for 400-600V new energy vehicle platforms. The Photo MOS relay HSSR-16S1A0D (alternative for ASSR-601J/QCPL-A58J), packaged in SO-16, has a load voltage of up to 1800V at the output end and a load withstand voltage test capability of over 3000V. It has higher resistance to overvoltage breakdown, higher safety standards and a wider operating temperature range than those top brands such as Panasonic Broadcom, etc, its suitable for new energy vehicles on platforms above 800V.
