Overview

In response to the demand for ultra-high system voltage in wind power generation, Hualian has launched a series of long creepage wide body optocouplers, aiming to improve the reliability of system operation of wind power generation. The long creepage wide body drive optocouplers are designed specifically for driving power devices such as IGBT and MOSFET in bidirectional rectification/inversion topologies, they can provide stable gate drive to ensure these key components can perform excellently under various working conditions. In addition, these optocouplers also have excellent isolation effects, providing strong guarantees for the safe operation of the system. Besides the driving optocouplers, Hualian has also launched high-speed optocouplers and transistor optocouplers to meet the needs of different wind power PCS systems. High speed optocouplers are suitable for isolated communication, which can ensure stable signal transmission. While transistor optocouplers are suitable for signal feedback, which can provide accurate operational status information for the system.
