Overview

The energy storage system is a complex integration with both high-voltage and low-voltage electrical connections inside - low voltage electrical connection serves as a neural network for energy storage systems, transmitting various detection and control signals in real-time, while the high-voltage connection serves as the artery of the battery system allowing for real-time charging and discharging of the battery. Under normal circumstances, there is good insulation performance between the high-voltage system and the low-voltage system, however, if the insulation layer is damaged or aged, it can easily lead to the risk of electric shock and the low-voltage system damage. Therefore, as the brain of the system, BMS must monitor in real-time whether the high-voltage system is over voltage and the insulation performance between the high-voltage system and the low-voltage system and external structure to ensure the safe operation of the energy storage system. Hualian Photo MOS relays play a key role in the high and low voltage switching in the circuit.
